P2 - Politecnico di Milano
The Architecture and Urban Studies Department (DAStU) at Politecnico di Milano, founded in 2013, is a leading research entity focused on architectural and urban projects, spatial planning, and heritage conservation. Directed by Prof. Massimo Bricocoli, it is the second-largest department at the university, with 190 faculty members.
DAStU is recognized for its excellence in urban and regional planning and fosters interdisciplinary collaboration across design, policy, and management. Funded by the Italian Ministry of University and Research for its outstanding research, DAStU is involved in numerous international projects, with a strong emphasis on climate change research.
Contribution to the PRO-GREEN-LABS project
As Leader of WP7 and Co-Leader of WP3, DAStU team role looks at the quality of the educational programs offered at different institutions as well as the possible laboratories of research and equipment to learn how the research and technology can help improve the educational process.
