Contribution to the PRO-GREEN-LABS project

As the coordinator of the project, Bauhaus-Universität Weimar (BUW) leads the consortium and oversees the project’s implementation and communication with the granting authority.

BUW is responsible for ensuring the project’s proper execution, timely submission of outputs, and achievement of objectives. It leads two Work Packages: WP1 (Management & Coordination) and WP2 (Preparation).

In WP1, BUW manages overall project coordination, ensuring smooth and effective implementation and communication among consortium partners and with the granting authority.

In WP2, BUW focuses on conducting surveys and analyses to update the pre-application needs analysis, exploring best practices, and developing strategic road-mapping and action planning for the subsequent phases (WP3, 4 & 5), which will be informed by these findings.
