P6 - Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport
Established in 1972, has made significant strides in education, training, research, and consultation across various fields, including Maritime Transport, Engineering, Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and more.
Campuses in Alexandria, El-Alamein, Cairo, Port Said, and Aswan, AASTMT serves students from the Arab world and Africa, offering a wide range of programs in sciences, technology, and humanities. Currently, over 30,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students, along with 1,000 researchers, are engaged in academic pursuits across its campuses in Egypt.
Contribution to the PRO-GREEN-LABS project
As the Leader of WP8 (Dissemination, Exploitation & Sustainability), AASTMT will play a crucial role in ensuring the visibility and long-term impact of the project. This includes actively promoting the project and its outcomes throughout its duration and beyond, ensuring that the results are effectively communicated to stakeholders at various levels, thereby enhancing the sustainability of its achievements.
In its role as Co-Leader of WP1 (Management and Coordination), AASTMT will collaborate closely with the project coordinator to ensure the project’s seamless execution.
This involves overseeing the timely delivery of outputs, maintaining high standards in project management, and ensuring that all objectives are successfully met. By fulfilling these roles, AASTMT will contribute significantly to the project’s overall success and lasting impact.
